Stock Sprint provides stock market education. Nothing we teach, share or publish, including in classes, market breakdowns, recordings, messages or on this website, is investment advice, a stock tip or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Any examples used in class are for learning only.
Trading in shares, futures and options carries a real risk of loss, and you can lose more than you invest in derivatives. Past performance, including our mentor's, does not guarantee future results. We do not promise any profit, income or return. Every trading decision you make is your own, and you are responsible for it.
We may change class timings, dates or batches, or combine batches, when needed. We will inform you in advance wherever possible. If we cancel a batch, you can move to another batch or receive a refund as described in our Refund Policy.
Where a program includes trading floor access, it is for the period stated at enrolment, during working hours, for the enrolled student only. Access is not transferable.
All class content, recordings, notes, booklets and strategies shared by Stock Sprint are our intellectual property and are for your personal learning only. You may not record, copy, resell, share your login or distribute any of it. Access may be withdrawn without refund if this is broken.
We expect respectful behaviour towards mentors, staff and fellow students, and care for the floor and its equipment. We may suspend or end access for serious misconduct, without refund.
Any trading account you open is with a broker of your choice, in your own name and at your own risk. Stock Sprint does not handle, manage or have access to your funds or trading account.
Stock Sprint is not liable for any trading losses, or any indirect loss, arising from the use of our programs, content or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the program concerned.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

We want you to join only when you are sure. That is why every student can visit the floor or attend a free demo session before paying.
Once access to recorded content has been given, fees are not refundable.
If Stock Sprint cancels a batch and you do not want to move to another batch, you will receive a full refund of the fee paid.
Write to institute@stocksprint.in with your name, phone number, program and payment details. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method. GST and payment gateway charges may not be refundable where they cannot be recovered.
